Eight things your fest committee will ask.

You set the customer price (typically ₹120–₹150/cup). Grindmine bills you ₹189–₹249/cup as wholesale. The committee keeps the margin. We pour, you take payment via UPI scanner. Reconciliation at end of fest.

Service up to 12 AM included in standard quote. Past 12 AM = +₹2,500/extra hour for the barista. Most fests don't need this — espresso shots peak around 11 PM.

Yes. Min 2 kVA grounded gen. We've done it at outdoor fests before — just give us the gen specs 48 hours in advance.

We carry a rain-cover canopy. If your venue floods we pause and refund per-cup for unpoured cups. Setup includes a tent if you ask for one in the brief.

Total cups across all days roll into one volume tier. 2-day, 800-cup fest = ₹189/cup throughout. We stay on-campus between days if it makes sense.

25% advance to confirm date, 75% on fest-end day. We know committee budgets get approved late — we work with you.

Yes. Custom quote at that scale — usually two machines, three baristas, two cold-brew vats. Average dispense rate goes up to 4 cups/minute.
